Invicta combative’s weekly class, Wed 6-8pm is a modular and progressive path covering many areas: striking, advanced striking, street grappling, BJJ , Aikido and handheld weaponry. Fast-paced and fun, these training sessions focus on straightforward techniques to promote fitness, safety, self-confidence, and optimal performance.
This course introduces fact-based information and skills. participants learn how to respond to and care for patients in a tactical environment. participants will learn how to treat a wide range of injures to decrease preventable deaths in a tactical situation.
